Tool Boxes

Maximise your available space to organise your tools or to just secure those loose items. Ozmac Welding manufactures and install above tray or under tray toolboxes. Our experienced team of designers and metal fabricators can manufacture either a standard toolbox or custom designed tapered toolboxes.

We manufacture a wide range of under-tray storage options fitted with locks, rubber door seals with easy fit steel construction and all painted to match the desired colour. These options can be ordered at a later date as they are designed to bolt on and fit neatly into the available space.

Standard Ozmac under-body toolboxes are 600mm across the top, 450mm on the bottom, 400mm high and 230mm deep.

Ladder Racks

Our range of ladder racks are all steel and securely fixed to our ute trays to ensure a 500kg SWL. Ozmac offer a completely removable rear rack system that can be taken out to give you additional tray floor space or used to carry those long lengths on.

Tray Capping Options

To provide long term protection to the top of your tray panels along with the aesthetics of a tidy finish, there are three capping options available:

Checker plate,
Aluminium smooth,
Stainless steel.

Tray Canopies

Custom designed canopies are available to suit your needs. Whether you are a ‘tradie’ or a ‘grey nomad’ traveller, we can design a canopy, decked out with a number of accessories to suit your needs. We can also arrange tonneau covers to suit our canopy design.

Water Tanks

Ozmac Welding offer the installation of water tanks. Our options are either polyurethane or stainless steel. Our polyurethane option has a variety of water capacities, while a custom stainless tank can be made to fit your requirements. Your choice of location for these water tanks is an option.

Whatever your needs or comfort levels for your animals, we can custom design a dog box that suits.
